2nd Grade

Second grade classrooms are joyful, encouraging spaces where learning is both structured and fun.  It is a year of incredible growth-where confidence blooms, curiosity deepens, and skills begin to take off!  In 2nd grade, students strengthen their reading fluency, expand their writing skills , and build a solid foundation in math with concepts like regrouping, time, money and basic multiplication.

Science and Social Studies come to life through hands-on activities, projects, and exploration.  Social-emotional learning is also a big focus, as students continue to grow in responsibility, independence, and teamwork.
